Our Trucks. We wouldn't be us without our diverse fleet of TSA-approved delivery trucks. Our fleet includes box trucks, cargo vans, sprinter vans, and flatbed trucks. Every kind of truck comes in a variety of sizes, and all are equipped with lift gates.

 

Our Drivers. All of our drivers are TWIC certified, trained to deliver all load sizes, and drive in teams to facilitate Hot Shot delivery requirements. All drivers are uniformed, badged and hold perfect records of customer satisfaction. They are required to take the TSA test every year, and the TWIC test every five years.

 

Our Security. All employees are TSA certified. Being TSA approved means extra safety measures are always priority. Unlocked, unattended vehicles can results in exorbitant TSA fines, which give us one more reason to keep your cargo locked and safe. Cameras are stationed throughout the warehouse for

24/7 surveillance, and quality control and security personnel are always on standby to escort visitors in and out of the warehouse throughout the day.

 

Our Customer Service. Any company can deliver, but not every company keeps communication constant and open the way we do, which is one of the many reasons we are as successful as we are. Email updates are sent in real-time as changes happen. You'll know when your package has shipped, when its 15 minutes away, when it arrives, etc. Give us a try...you won't believe how great we are at keeping you connected with your shipments!

Our Communication. Our Charges are direct, shipments are fast, and tracking is constant and reliable. We have and easy-to-use online tracking system. You'll receive a personal username and password and, with your reference number, you'll be able to log in and view everything pertaining to your cargo. You'll be able to see when your cargo left, when and where it arrived, who signed for it, your charges, and anything else you may need to know.
